That&#039;s a good question and I will do some research for you.

Instinctively I would say that the attunement conditions would be the strongest factor but if the person making the talisman constructed it on, say, a Saturday during the hour of Saturn then you might find the effects delayed or dampened by Saturn&#039;s energy.
